The HPGRB is becoming a modern structure as we see the construction of the new general pediatric building which come to give hope to the users. The hospital management team with the help of the Bukavu archdiocese and others partners has the mission to make the HPGRB a complex medico-sanitaire structure in the region.                                 The new general pediatric building and the magnetic resonance imaging Scan (MRI Scan) was inaugurated on 25 February 2022.

In his speech, the hospital medical l director Doctor Guy Mulinganya congratulation himself for achieving such big aobjective: modern hospital, offering the quality health care to the population by giving to the province a  modern structure is the mission assign to the team. He calls the population to use and to take a good care of the structure.

«It is with the great pleasure that am here I front of you, for the inauguration of the new general pediatric building and the magnetic resonance imaging Scan (MRI Scan) that we have been waiting for long. It was realized by the wish of the population who are force to go for appropriate health care somewhere else despite the difficult economic conditions » declared Doctor Guy Mulinganya the HPGRB medical director.

The mission of the archdiocese of Bukavu through the archbishop François –Xavier Maroy is to provide the province with the modern infrastructure very well equipped and the qualified staff in order to help the population access the quality health care.

HPGRB: THE FEMININE STAFF HEARD THE INDIGENT PATIENTS CRIES FOR HELP

Women represent love, generosity and kindness.

When the whole world is worrying about the economic crises due to the pandemic of the Corona virus and different wars, the HPGRB feminine staff from their contribution solve the bill of three vulnerable patients.

Those women who are part of the HPGRB staff decided to do the worthy action on every event organized by the hospital. According to them, assist those in need is the best way to celebrate this women month.

« Through our contribution, taking something on what we earn, we choose to help some women who have spent long period in the hospital due to the lack of money to join their family. As women, we felt touched by the misery that is taking over our community women in particular» said Madam Vumiliya Mwinja the deputy nursing director of the HPGRB.

Madam Vumiliya rise others patients awareness to take the initiative of paying their hospital bill progressively as the generosity may be employ on patients who are grateful and with good will. In their  battle, the HPGRB feminine staff took the decision to go further in giving hand to the hospital social service in order to help those in need.                       Those who beneficiated with the help did not hide their emotion, with tears, they thanked and encouraged the hospital feminine staff to go further in helping others people in need.

HPGRB:  MEDICAL DOCTOR GUY MULINGANYA MULOMEODERWA PRAISED THE FEMININE LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE HPGRB

« I don’t know what to say apart from saying thanks to God who has positively surprise me. I was hopeless because I am 6 month in the hospital and I was able to pay only 100 USD. Today, the hospital feminine staff has paid the remaining balance on my hospital bill. My husband is also hospitalized in CIRIRI because his leg was amputated. May God bless the hospital and its staff» said one of the patient.

HPGRB:  MEDICAL DOCTOR GUY MULINGANYA MULOMEODERWA PRAISED THE FEMININE LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE HPGRB

To celebrate the women’s day, the director has praised the effort of the feminine leadership within the hospital which has made the hospital sanitary structure excellent.

“Some among you have been in this hospital for many years. You taught us from our young age up to now. You have transformed our working environment and making our hospital beautiful than before. By your hard work and empathy we can do more for the hospitals and for our families»

The medical director did not hide his gratitude toward all hospital feminine staff                                                                 The hospital challenge woman to make the environment healthier and to invest themselves in the improvement of the hospital hygiene. As a health care person and someone who give life, woman are invited to realize the danger pointing toward them. They must protect the environment starting from their family to their working area.

THE REFERENCE GENERAL HOSPITAL OF BUKAVU IS HONORED TO RECEIVE   THE EUROPEAN UNION DELEGATION

The reference general hospital of Bukavu was honored to receive the

on March 29, 2022 directed by a European commission health expert Doctor Van Englgem.

The objective of the European Union delegation visit at the reference general hospital of Bukavu was to upkeep with the hospital management and evaluate the activities realized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Bukavu especially within the hospital. During the visit, Doctor Van Englgem praise the Reference General Hospital of Bukavu (HPGRB) for his well-done job. He qualified the hospital as an exceptional sanitary structure.

Doctor Ivan wish seeing the HPGRB growing further and improving his technics platform for the best support of the South-Kivu population and those of the Grand lac region in general.

During the upkeep with their ICRC visitors, the HPGRB deputy medical director talk about all the job done by the hospital during this pandemic period in support of the gun shut and COVID-19 victims. He pointed out that during their dialogue, the delegate of European Union promised to support the HPGRB through the ICRC.

L’AMBASSADEUR INDIEN EN RDC REND UNE VISITE DE CHARITE AUX ENFANTS PRIS EN CHARGE PAR LE CNT DE L’HPGRB

La visite à l’HPGRB de Monsieur RAM KARAN VERMA, Ambassadeur de l’Inde en RDCongo et son épouse Mme KAMLESH VERMA a eu lieu également en présence de Monsieur KETAN KOTECHA, accompagné de sa famille ainsi que quelques autres membres de la Communauté Indienne de Bukavu le samedi 25 septembre 2021.
Dans l’enceinte de l’Hôpital Provincial General de Reference de Bukavu, ces visiteurs de marque ont été reçus par le Médecin Directeur, le Dr Guy MULINGANYA qui a été fortement marqué par cette visite de charité et a ainsi présenté sa gratitude à la communauté indienne.
Ravis de la pluralité et de la qualité des services qu’offre l’Hôpital Provincial aux malades, de la gratuité des soins en faveur des plus démunis ainsi que de la modernisation des bâtiments, les visiteurs n’ont pas manqué de congratuler l’équipe dirigeante de l’hôpital ainsi que tout son personnel pour son apostolat et son dévouement au service de la population. La visite de l’Ambassadeur Indien en RDCongo, accompagné des membres de la même communauté vivant à Bukavu, s’est clôturée par la remise des vivres et non vivres aux enfants pris en charge par le Centre Nutritionnel et Thérapeutique de l’Hôpital Provincial General de Reference de Bukavu. Au nom du personnel de l’hôpital ainsi qu’a son nom propre, le Médecin Directeur, Dr Guy MULINGANYA a réitéré ses sincères remerciements à ses visiteurs pour leur humanisme ainsi que leur attachement et attention au bien-être de la population du Sud Kivu.
